1. Advertise, show, accept applications and lease rental units.
2. Prepare written leases.
3. Collect and bank rents and security deposits.
4. Prepare tenant inspection sheets for determination of
damages to property.
5. Return security deposits to vacation tenants within legal
timelines, with statement of charges against security
deposits, if any.
6. Serve proper notices to tenants who breach lease
agreements.
7. Take tenant calls and respond appropriately to
complaints or suggestions.
8. Prepare a list of rules and regulations for buildings
where such are appropriate.
Owner Relations
1. Provide owner with monthly reports of income and
expenses.
2. Report significant property damage or serious tenant
problems immediately.
3. Keep owner appraised of vacancies, needed repairs
and improvements that would increase the value of
their assets.
